Our staff brings professional experience and a passion for the game, committed to guiding players and helping them reach their full potential.
Dylan Cabrera is a professional footballer and Head Director/Coach for CFT, combining high-level playing experience with a strong passion for developing athletes. He played at Stephenville High School and represented the U.S. National Team Olympic Development Program (ODP) from 2022–2024. His career includes trials with Nashville SC (MLS) and SD Huesca in Spain, as well as competing in the Dallas Cup Final against Tigres UANL. He also played for the Fort Worth Vaqueros in 2024 and 2025. At the collegiate level, he reached the NCAA Division II Elite 8.
Now playing professionally in Europe, Dylan has also spent the past four years coaching, dedicated to helping players grow both on the field and as individuals. His mission is to guide athletes in reaching their full potential through discipline, development, and a love for the game.

Coach Ivan Cabrera
With over 15+ years of playing experience, Ivan has competed at various high levels— from high school and club soccer to elite national tournaments like the Dallas Cup, facing some of the top talent in the world and current MLS professionals. After traveling for top invitationals with the U.S Olympic Development Program he transitioned into coaching, bringing his experience and passion to the next generation. A very recent graduate of Tarleton State University, Coach Ivan is continuing his education with the goal of leading a school soccer program in the near future.

Isaac brings a wealth of experience from the professional football scene in Mexico, where he developed his game under the guidance of top-level coaches, including the father of Javier “Chicharito” Hernández, as well as renowned figures such as Ramón Morales, José Luis “El Güero” Real, and Sergio Bernal.
His journey has seen him compete at a high level against top academies and teams, including LA Galaxy, LAFC, Pachuca Fuerzas Básicas, and Atlético San Luis Fuerzas Básicas — showcasing his talent on an international stage.
A natural goalkeeper, Isaac has played across all levels of the game and understands every aspect of the pitch. His knowledge goes beyond the goal — he’s passionate about helping players grow in every position and elevating their overall understanding of the game.
Currently awaiting his next professional opportunity, Isaac is ready to bring his experience, energy, and love for football to the next generation in Stephenville.

A hometown leader currently playing for Stephenville Varsity Soccer and making his mark!
Over the past few years, Ethan has been part of the FC Dallas program and has now taken the next step, competing with Surf MLS NEXT.
He’s also competed with the U.S. Olympic Development Program, earning a spot at the Interregional event in Florida—going up against top talent in the country, including top MLS academy players.

- Coach Jesus Lucio
Jesús Lucio has gained valuable playing experience across the United States and Europe and currently competes for FC Germania Okriftel in Germany.
Throughout his career, Jesús has represented Graham High School, Rome City Institute, Futbol Montesacro in Italy, Denton Diablos, and Foro SC. As a versatile player, he has experience playing as a left winger, attacking midfielder, and fullback.
Jesús also has approximately three years of experience training and developing aspiring players. He believes that hard work, discipline, and consistency are essential for reaching the next level. As a coach, he focuses on improving each player’s technical ability, confidence, decision-making, and overall understanding of the game.
Through structured training, accountability, and encouragement, Jesús will challenge and support CFT athletes as they continue developing, overcoming challenges, and achieving their goals both on and off the field.
